Training Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in developing and executing the HR development strategy.
- Lead and contribute to organizational development projects.
- Conduct meetings with various departments to identify training needs.
- Validate and align training needs with management’s vision and goals.
- Oversee the implementation and logistics of the training plan, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate with external training organizations to plan and deliver effective training programs.
- Propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Develop and monitor training indicators to assess the impact and ROI of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Act as a point of alert in case of environmental or security incidents.
- Propose improvements to the management system related to environment and safety.
Qualifications:
- University degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR and organizational development principles.
- Proven ability to manage training programs from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of proficiency in English;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
