A leading multinational company, operating in Menzel Bouzelfa (Nabeul), committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development and they are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced:

Training Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in developing and executing the HR development strategy.
  • Lead and contribute to organizational development projects.
  • Conduct meetings with various departments to identify training needs.
  • Validate and align training needs with management’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee the implementation and logistics of the training plan, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with external training organizations to plan and deliver effective training programs.
  • Propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor training indicators to assess the impact and ROI of training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Act as a point of alert in case of environmental or security incidents.
  • Propose improvements to the management system related to environment and safety.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR and organizational development principles.
  • Proven ability to manage training programs from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of proficiency in English;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
